Normoxic Trimix

Purpose

Normoxic Trimix allow divers to more safely explore greater depth than air does. The Normoxic Trimix Diver course will allow divers to spend more time looking at the wreck or fish or concentrating on the cave instead of having to spend time in fighting narcosis. The Normoxic Trimix diver course is similar to the Technical Diver course, in that full decompression theory and dive planning concepts are taught.

Prerequisites

• Advanced nitrox/recreational trimix Diver
• 100 logged dives, 30 deeper than 90 ft.
• Minimum age 18 years

Qualification Limits

• Decompression diving to 200 ft
• Dive using any mixture of nitrox, trimix (with 21% oxygen), or oxygen or air as bottom mix or decompression mix
